Custom shouldn't mean open-ended. Every piece we take on is done and delivered within 90 days of approval, and that includes full rooms.

Consult
Week 1
You send a design or describe the room. We talk through use, style, budget and what has to fit where.

Measure
Week 1-2
We measure on site: the space, clearances, doorways, ceiling heights, outlets. You don't need to know a single number beforehand.

Quote
Week 2
A written quote for the specific piece or room, with materials and finishes named, so there's nothing vague about the price.
- 04
Drawings & approval
Week 2-4
Shop drawings and material samples. You approve the real thing before anything is cut.
- 05
Build
Week 4-11
In the shop: milling, joinery, upholstery, metalwork, finishing. We send progress photos as it comes together.
- 06
Deliver & install
By day 90
Delivered, placed, leveled, mounted or wired. Install is available on every project and standard on built-ins.

A rough idea, any images you have, and access to the space for a measure. That's genuinely it.
What you get to decide
Dimensions, wood, metal, stone, fabric, finish, hardware. Everything is a choice, and none of it is locked to a catalog.
